Refund policy

All jewelry and basketry refunds are accepted within 14 days if returned in the same condition as purchased.  Refunds will be returned to purchaser as a store credit or exchange.  Shipping for the return is the buyers responsibility.  Custom orders cannot be returned.  Shipyard&Co is not responsible for any lost in mail purchases.  

Baskets and Jewelry are made of all natural material and may develop a patina over time.  Change in color will not warrant a return or exchange.  

Aromatherapy products are not eligible for returns if seal on packaging is broken.
